"Siegfried SCHWARZL, born on May 13th, 1916 in Czechowitz [Czechowice-Dziedzice]/Poland (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Ing. Josef Bielsko (engineer), lived in Wien 1, Schottengasse 3a/III/4, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 4th year of his studies and took courses in Mathematics and Physics. He was employed at the municipality of the City of Vienna and got a monthly-grant from there.
