Description

Label: Joannes Udalricus Eberle, Lauten-Macher in Prague, 1729 (49?)
The label is genuine, and it does not exclude that Eberle’s work really is. However, the instrument could originally be made of a viola da gamba, but a viola was built using a flap. Probably in order to use it as a five stringed viola d ’amore.
